Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing TriplePoint Launch, LLC for your business needs. We are committed to providing valuable insights and support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. To ensure clarity regarding our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

 

1) Service Commitment

By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge that coaching and consulting is a collaborative process requiring active participation. Our goal is to empower you to reach your highest level of success, and this necessitates a mutual commitment.


2) Refund Policy for Individual Coaching Sessions

 

Cancellation with more than 24 Hours: You may reschedule your session at no extra cost the first time you need to reschedule. However, if you reschedule multiple sessions, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

 

Cancellation with less than 24 Hours:  A $50 rescheduling fee may apply, which can be credited toward a future purchase.

 

No-show policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us ahead of time, NO refunds will be issued, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.

If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate you and we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.  To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at: christine@triplepointlaunch.com
 

3) Refund Policy for Coaching Packages (Multiple Sessions)

If after your first session of your coaching package you are unsatisfied and do not feel that we are a good fit to work together you may request a full refund. To get a full refund for your series of coaching sessions, you must contact us before the next session is scheduled. See policy above titled ‘Refund Policy for Individual Coaching Sessions’.

 

4) Refund Policy for Graphic Design Services

To avoid any misunderstandings, we work collaboratively with clients and provide a project approval process of all design concepts to ensure that we are in agreement on the project scope and design. If the client cancels project before any work is started, a partial refund may be available. If client cancels project after project is started, a partial refund may be available if the project is not delivered as per the agreed timeline or if it does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the initial brief.

 

5) Refund Policy for Digital Products

You may request a 100% refund for digital download products within 7 days of purchase if the product did not match the description on the website in terms of features and quality.

 

6) Refund Policy for Digital Courses

You may request a 100% refund for online courses within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, clients must complete all assigned homework and demonstrate a good faith effort in the program.

7) Feedback and Continuous Improvement

8) Agreement to Terms

By engaging in our services and products, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.
